📜 Legalized Betrayal
Article 67 of the Constitution establishes that parliamentarians have no binding mandate towards voters. Translation: they can promise you everything during the election campaign and do the opposite once elected. It is perfectly legal. But there is more: this norm is not a right, it is a structural obligation. It forces them to betray those who vote for them. It forces them to serve those who pay them. It is written in the Constitution. Signed by the Founding Fathers. Applied by all parties, without exception.
🛡️ Untouchability
Article 68 guarantees parliamentarians immunity. They cannot be prosecuted for opinions expressed and votes cast. Without authorization from the Chamber, they cannot be arrested or wiretapped. Article 67 allows betrayal. Article 68 protects them while doing it. Together, they form the perfect shield of the Caste.
🔬 The Scientific Condemnation
Three giants of sociology dismantled representative democracy with the scalpel of scientific analysis. Vilfredo Pareto (1848-1923) proved that democracy is a «demagogic plutocracy»: government by the rich disguised as government by the people. Gaetano Mosca (1858-1941) proved that in every society an organized minority dominates over a disorganized majority. Robert Michels (1876-1936) formulated the «iron law of oligarchy»: who says organization says oligarchy. These are not opinions. It is science.
📰 The Consent Factory
In 1928 Benito Mussolini told journalists: «You must not inform. You must propagandize.» Today there is no longer a dictator to order it. But the mechanism is identical. The Register of Journalists, established in 1925 under fascism, is still in force. The National Federation of the Italian Press, born in 1924, is still the reference union. If you want to be a journalist in Italy, you either propagandize or you don't. There is no third way.
⚖️ Fascist Laws Still in Force
The Penal Code (Rocco Code) dates from 1930. The Civil Code dates from 1942. Both promulgated during the fascist regime. Almost 80 years have passed since the end of fascism. Almost 80 years have passed since the Republican Constitution came into force. Yet the Italian judicial system still rests on the legal foundations of the twenty-year fascist period. No government, of any color, has ever had the will to replace them. The question is: what are you protecting? Who are you protecting?
📊 ISTAT and the Numbers Scam
What they tell you: «Employment in Italy is at historic highs. Never so many jobs!»
The reality: For ISTAT you are employed if in the reference week you worked at least one hour. Yes, one hour. A single hour in seven days is enough to be classified as "employed".
This means that the 23.5 million "officially employed" include: those who worked one hour in the entire week, those on zero-hour layoff schemes, unpaid interns, those on on-call contracts who worked a single hour, undeclared workers who say they worked at least one hour.
- "Official" employed (just 1 hour per week): ~23.5 million
- Of which involuntary part-time: ~2.5 million
- Of which fixed-term precarious: ~3 million
- Of which laid-off and marginal workers: ~1 million
- Real stable employed (estimated): ~17 million
- Officially unemployed: ~2 million
- "Discouraged" inactive (no longer counted): ~3.5 million
- NEET (young people 15-34 not studying or working): ~2.2 million
- People who would like to work but cannot: ~5.5-6 million
The comparison that nails ISTAT:
- ISTAT: employment rate at 61-62%, unemployment at 7-8% — "never so many jobs!"
- Reality: minus precarious, involuntary part-time, zero-hour layoffs and interns, the real employment rate is about 44-45%
- ISTAT: 23.5 million "employed"
- Reality: about 17 million stable workers
- ISTAT: unemployment at 7-8%
- Reality: unemployment and involuntary underemployment at 24-26% (7.5-8 million people)
- Difference: 17 percentage points of phantom employment, created with an accounting trick
The proof that ISTAT is propaganda: if to show that the country works you have to define as "employed" someone who works one hour a week, you are admitting that the country does not work. If you have to hide the unemployed among the "inactive", you are admitting that the problem exists and is enormous. ISTAT is not a statistics agency. It is a propaganda agency.
💼 INPS Super-Salaries
INPS manages the contributions of millions of Italian workers. It should be an entity at the service of citizens. The reality is very different.
- A first-tier executive at INPS earns up to €250,000 gross per year
- A central director or the President exceeds €300,000 gross per year
- INPS has about 400 executives
- The annual cost of executive staff alone is estimated between 70 and 90 million euros
- Total employees are about 28,000, for a total cost of about 1.5-2 billion euros per year
While they pay themselves these salaries: the average pensioner receives about €1,000 net per month. You pay contributions for 40 years and receive a pittance. They manage your money and live in luxury.
In the Community of Sovereigns, with the guaranteed income of 5,000 Sovereigns per month from birth to death, all this disappears. No more INPS. No more contributions. No more executives at €300,000 a year. No more starvation pensions.
👮 What Is the Financial Police For?
The Financial Police was established in 1862, a few months after the proclamation of the Kingdom of Italy. The name itself betrays it: finance. Not security. Not protection. Money. Its original purpose was to track down tax evaders to fill the king's coffers.
Today, after over 160 years, the Financial Police is still there. But if the richest 5% has hidden €200-250 billion in tax havens, what exactly is it for?
- It cannot. Big evaders use tax havens, trusts, impenetrable corporate screens.
- It does not want to. Big evaders are also the big financiers of parties. Article 67 forces politicians to serve those who pay them.
- It serves another purpose. Scaring the people with checks and fines while the rich sleep soundly. It is a weapon of mass distraction.
In the Community of Sovereigns, with digital currency, abolished cash and the anti-corruption algorithm, evasion is structurally impossible. The Financial Police is no longer needed.
💰 The 5% Owns More Than the 95%
The total net wealth of Italians is about €10,000-11,000 billion (Bank of Italy data). The richest 5% holds about 40-45% of it: between €4,000 and 5,000 billion. The poorest 50% (about 25 million Italian adults) holds less than 5%: about €500 billion in total.
And this without counting the €200-250 billion hidden in tax havens. The real wealth of the 5% is even higher than the official figure. Meanwhile the State sends you a tax assessment for €200 of unpaid VAT. The 5% owns more than the 95%. It is the very definition of oligarchy. Nothing more needs to be added.
In the Community of Sovereigns, the maximum wealth cap of 5 million Sovereigns solves this scandal at the root. No one can accumulate enough to buy the State.
🎭 The Useful Vote Blackmail
«Vote for us because the others are worse.» This phrase is the definitive confession that you have nothing to offer. You have no vision. You have no program. You only have an enemy. And you ask us to vote for you out of fear of them. But fear is not a program. It is surrender. After almost 80 years of the Republic, the 5% owns more than the 95%. Fascist laws are still in force. INPS pays its executives €300,000 a year while pensioners get €1,000 a month. The Financial Police cannot find the €250 billion hidden abroad. What exactly have you changed? Nothing. Because the problem is not who governs. It is the system itself.
🎭 NGOs and the UN: The Solidarity Business
The big humanitarian organizations and the United Nations are not neutral entities at the service of humanity. They are tools of the global oligarchy. The UN is a club of the powerful where 5 permanent members with veto power — the same powers that produce and sell most of the planet's weapons — decide who to help and who to bomb. NGOs collect billions worldwide. But they keep between 40% and 60% for "administrative costs". Their CEOs earn up to 1.5 million dollars a year. And their business model is based on a perverse principle: never solve the problems, just manage them indefinitely. Because if hunger ended, they would shut down.
