If you are here, it means something inside you has already started moving.
Perhaps you don't yet know what Personal Sovereignty is. Perhaps the word "sovereign" makes you think of kings, queens, thrones and crowns. But the Sovereignty we speak of is something else.
Personal Sovereignty is the awareness that you are the origin of your power.
No one granted you the right to breathe. No one granted you the right to think. No one granted you the right to exist. These rights are yours from birth. They are not privileges. They are your nature.
Yet someone taught us to forget it.
Since early childhood we were taught to obey. We were taught to delegate. We were taught not to think. We were taught to fear that someone else knows better than us what is right for our lives.
The Fact
August 2026, Pradamano, Province of Udine: three kids between 12 and 14 years old set up a stand on the main street to sell fresh lemonade and raise money for an old moped. A passerby reports them. Local police intervene. The kids are reprimanded and must take everything down.
They had no permits, licenses, VAT number, cash register, POS. And they had not paid for public land.
Let us pause for a moment on this last point: public land. In a republic, if you have to pay for public land, it means that land is not public. It is private! It belongs to the municipality. It is not res publica, as the Romans said, as we were taught in school, as TV constantly tells us. It is res privata. The territory does not belong to the people. It belongs to the politicians and bureaucrats who administer and exploit it as their fiefdom.
Res publica means "public thing", owned by every single citizen. By "thing" we must mean the entire territory, including everything above it and everything below it.
The Slave Reading
School had taught the three kids that they lived in the freest country in the world. But it was not true. School lied.
The passerby who reported them is not a responsible citizen: he is a servant of the system. He saw three kids doing something beautiful and instead of helping them or leaving them alone, he called the authorities.
The mayor and the police did not deliver justice: they applied a series of tyrannical rules. They obeyed the report, not Democracy and not the Republic. The three kids learned the wrong lesson: they understood they are not free. That you need a permit to do anything. That their dream or their game is worth less than a piece of paper.
The Sovereign Reading
Those kids were not criminals. They were Sovereigns being born. They had a project, they were organized, they were acting. They did not ask permission. They did not wait for authorization. Because in nature no living being asks permission. It just does.
Yet they were stopped. Stopped by a passerby who, instead of admiring their courage, felt disturbed. Stopped by a mayor who, instead of appreciating their initiative, chose to humiliate and mortify those kids, which is the primary task of a vassal.
No one has the right to prevent a sovereign citizen from carrying out the activity they want. No one has the duty to ask permission to realize their projects. Laws that prevent it are tyrannical laws.
It does not matter if they are centuries old or written yesterday. It does not matter if a king or a parliament made them. If a law prevents you from living, working, creating, expressing yourself, or denies you the means, that law is tyranny.
And those who apply it without questioning are servants of tyranny. They are vassals of the tyrant. In the feudal system, the vassal was one who swore loyalty to the lord and carried out his orders without question. Today the vassals are the mayors, the police, the bureaucrats, the politicians, who make and apply unjust laws in the exclusive interest of those who bought them. They are not servants of the people. They are servants of power.
The Question
The question we must ask is not: "Did the kids have permission?"
The question is: "Since when does a human being need permission to live?"
Now let us do an imagination exercise. Not science fiction, but political planning.
In the Community of Sovereigns, that fact would never have happened.
Why It Would Never Have Happened in the Community of Sovereigns
1. Because the three kids would have had the right and the power to act. In the Community of Sovereigns, the right to act is original. It is not asked for. It is exercised. A child who wants to sell lemonade is not a criminal. He is a citizen learning to create. The Community encourages him, it does not punish him.
2. Because no one would have had the power to stop them. In the Community of Sovereigns, there is no mayor who commands. There is no police that obeys a report against someone's Personal Sovereignty. In the Community of Sovereigns, Personal Sovereignty is the very foundation of law.
3. Because the kids would have had the means to realize their dream. In the Community of Sovereigns, every citizen has a guaranteed income from birth. The three kids would not have needed to sell lemonade to buy a moped. They would already have had the means to realize their projects. And if they had wanted to sell lemonade for the pleasure of it, or for fun, they could have done so freely.
4. Because the mentality would be different. The passerby would not have reported them. He would have smiled. He would have bought a glass of lemonade. He would have encouraged the kids. Because in a community of sovereigns, initiative is a value, not a threat.
The difference is total. In the current system, those kids learned they are slaves. In the Community of Sovereigns, they would have learned they are free. This course will teach you to build that world, starting from yourself.
The Four Things
To be free and sovereign you need four things:
1. A home of your own, where you don't have to pay rent and taxes.
2. The right and the power to act.
3. The economic capacity to act.
4. A place of your own, where you can act.
If you lack even one of these four things, you will always be a slave to someone or something.
