We do not find it: we create it. Today money is created by private banks out of nothing and lent with interest. We propose that the Community create it, for the good of all, through a Public Bank. It is called monetary sovereignty. If private banks do it to enrich themselves, why can't the Community do it for the common good?

All experiments worldwide show the opposite: people freed from economic blackmail work better, choose more satisfying activities, create more. And if someone decided to do nothing? They would be free to do so. Freedom includes the right to stop. The cost of their idleness is amply compensated by the wealth produced by those who, freed from survival, give their best.

In the Community of Sovereigns no one has an interest in blocking decisions on a whim, because everyone already has home, income, health and knowledge. There is no competition for resources. The only reason to say "no" is a real concern. And if it is real, it deserves to be heard. Moreover, the public artificial intelligence helps find compromises. Haste is the excuse of the corrupt. We are not in a hurry.

Five million Sovereigns are more than enough to live like a king. Beyond that figure, it is no longer wealth: it is power. And concentrated power crushes everyone else. No one becomes a billionaire by talent alone: they succeed by exploiting the work of others, using public infrastructure, benefiting from tailor-made laws. The cap does not limit freedom: it prevents a few from buying the State. It is a bulwark, not a cage.

Today your privacy is already violated by Google, Facebook, Amazon and private banks, which use your data to sell you things or deny you loans. In the Community of Sovereigns, the algorithm only sees transactions (how much money passes from A to B), not your thoughts, not your conversations. And it is managed by a public actor with transparent rules, not by private corporations for profit. Do you prefer your data to be held by a bank that wants to squeeze you, or by a system that wants to protect you?

Maybe. But they cannot take away the land, the water, the sun, the infrastructure. And when they see that life is better here — without fear, without stress, with everything guaranteed — they might even come back. True wealth is not money. It is quality of life. And on that, the Community of Sovereigns has no rivals.

No. The transition we propose is bloodless: ideas are spread, consensus is built, an overwhelming majority is won, a Constituent Assembly is convened and the new Constitution is submitted to a popular referendum. No violence. No imposition. Only persuasion and democratic vote. The coup d'état is the current system, which uses force to prevent any change.

The transition happens with the consent of the overwhelming majority of the population — including members of the armed forces, who are citizens too. When the majority of the country, including the military and their families, supports the change, an armed intervention is simply impossible. A united people is not repressed. It is realized.

They go back to being ordinary citizens. With the same rights and duties as everyone else. No revenge, no purge. But no immunity: if they have committed crimes, they are tried by the new judicial system like anyone else. Because in the Community of Sovereigns, the law is equal for all. For the first time in history.

Controllers are citizens drawn by lot in rotation. Short mandate (a few months), non-renewable, they do not know in advance that they will be chosen. Impossible to bribe them preventively. Furthermore, every public office is revocable at any time by the community. And the anti-corruption algorithm monitors every transaction. We do not trust men. We trust mechanisms.

Because the EU imposes the euro (hence private seigniorage), balanced budgets (hence austerity), and directives that prevail over national laws. The Community of Sovereigns is incompatible with these constraints. It is not hostility towards European peoples: it is liberation. When European peoples see that life is better here, they will follow the example.

Propaganda is not expression: it is manipulation. It does not tell you "I think this". It tells you "you must think this". Freedom of expression remains protected. But deliberately lying to deceive citizens and deprive them of the ability to make informed decisions is a crime against Personal Sovereignty. Just as fraud is not "contractual freedom", propaganda is not "freedom of expression".

All great changes seemed impossible before they happened. Slavery was "natural". Women's suffrage was "absurd". Today technology makes possible what Pareto, Mosca and Michels could not even imagine. It is not a utopia: it is a project. And every piece of this project has already been successfully tested in different parts of the world.

It is exactly the opposite. Representative democracy is already a masked dictatorship: a few command, everyone obeys, and every 4-5 years they let you choose who the next master will be. The Community of Sovereigns is the only system that structurally prevents dictatorship, thanks to the Immune Systems, Sovereign Consent and the immediate revocation of any office. No leader. No party. No concentration of power.

It cannot be predicted. It could take years, perhaps a generation. But the Community of Sovereigns is a long-term project. Haste is the enemy of freedom. Patience is our most powerful weapon. One person at a time, one neighborhood at a time, one city at a time. Rome was not built in a day. But it was built.
